Terms of Service

last updated 2026-06-11

1. Who we are

PR Actions ("the service") is operated by Fortytude, a Delaware C-Corporation. Contact: elmokaddamelias@gmail.com.

2. What the service does

An action analyzes a GitHub repository you connect, looks for a specific class of problem (TokenDiet: LLM cost waste), and — when it can prove a fix — opens a Pull Request on a separate tokendiet/vN branch. You review and merge. The service:

3. Your code

Your code is fetched transiently for the duration of an analysis run (typically minutes), processed in an isolated environment, and then discarded. We never store, log, fork, or train on your code. During a run, relevant code excerpts are sent to our model provider (Anthropic) solely to perform the analysis; under their commercial API terms, that data is not used for model training.

To be precise: your code does transit our servers and our model provider's API for the minutes an analysis takes — "transient" means we keep nothing once the run completes.

4. Accounts

You sign in with GitHub. You may only connect repositories you own or have the right to authorize. The free-credit grant is issued once per GitHub identity; creating or using multiple accounts to collect additional free credits is a violation of these terms and may lead to suspension of the related accounts.

5. Credits and billing

6. Estimates, not guarantees

Savings figures ("$/month") are projections computed from the call-sites we detect, public model pricing, and the call volume you state or we estimate. They are honest estimates, not guarantees of billing outcomes. Our detection covers roughly ~80% of direct SDK call-sites; we tell you what we reviewed and never claim to be exhaustive.

7. Your responsibility on merges

Every change ships as a Pull Request for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and testing changes before merging them, as with any contribution to your repository. The replay-gate evidence attached to a PR is decision support, not a substitute for your review.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortytude's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
